Chromatography autosampler vial kits are mainly composed of glass vial, vial cap and septa.
We offer 8-425, 9mm, 10-425 screw neck, 11mm crimp neck and snap neck autosampler vials. Generally made of high-quality imported 5.0 borosilicate hydrochloric acid glass tubes, or cost-effective domestic high-quality materials. 9mm autosampler vials are most widely used vials on the market, short thread and high neck is easier to be grabbed by the autosampler. 8-425, 10-425 autosampler vials are mainly used in various autosampler of Japanese companies. 11mm wide vial neck can obtain a larger injection range, easy to fill, more conducive to multiple injections

Aijiren offers two general purpose headspace vials: 18mm precision screw headspace vial and 20mm crimp headspace vial. They are generally made of high quality imported 5.0 borosilicate glass tubes. Suitable for multi-functional automated processing platform, gas phase headspace chromatography.
The threaded cap of the 18mm precision screw headspace vial is made of magnetic adsorption material, which can be absorbed by the automatic robot arm, and the surface is plated to ensure that it will not rust after use. The rounded bottom of the vial allows the vial to be inserted into the sample tray without causing an alarm when the vial is placed in the sample tray. Septum are available in 1.3-1.5mm thickness and are compatible with a variety of injection needles.
20mm crimp headspace vial has a beveled mouth to prevent leakage under high pressure. The crimp cap of the vial are available with magnetic clamping material, which can be sucked by the automatic magnetic arm. Septa diameter 20mm, thickness 3mm, need to use 20mm crimper to seal the cap. There are flat bottom and round bottom for choose: Flat-bottomed vials are available for maximum heating efficiency, but only for certain models of instruments. Round-bottomed vials allow the vial to be placed in the sample tray without the jamming alarm causing the sample to stop.

The syringe filter is a quick, easy and reliable filtration tool commonly used in laboratories. It is widely used for sample pre-filtration, particulate removal, sterile filtration of liquids and gases, extending analytical column life and minimizing inlet or valve damage. It is the preferred method for filtering small amounts of sample prior to loading into HPLC and GC, and is typically used with disposable syringes utilizing standard Luer-lok/Luer connections.
Aijiren syringe filters are available in a variety of membranes including Nylon, PTFE, PES, MCE, PVDF, CA, PP and GF to support all common sample preparation applications. These materials are available in 0.22um and 0.45um pore sizes in 13mm, 25mm and 33mm diameter, and use a retaining ring to seal the polypropylene housing to prevent leakage and sample loss. All Aijiren syringe filters are color coded to easily identify individual filters, ensuring the correct filter is selected for each sample.

All Aijiren media bottles are equipped with drip-proof seals and standard blue polypropylene (GL45, GL32, GL80) sealing caps that are autoclavable to 140°C, highly chemical resistant and designed with sloping shoulders for easy pouring. Bottles have permanent white enamel scales and marking points for volume measurement
