The 11mm snap-top caps are made of high-quality polypropylene. The caps have a roll-edge or snap-on shape. The snap-top caps provide a secure seal that minimizes evaporation even for volatile samples. PTFE/silicone septa are the product of choice for most HPLC and GC applications where resealability and high purity are critical. Ideal for applications where ease of needle insertion is important. Silicone septa have strong re-sealing properties and can still maintain good sealing performance after multiple injections; PTFE is currently a material with good chemical conditions and can withstand strong acids and alkalis. After the two materials are combined, the bottle can be used for various laboratory purposes such as sealed sampling and chemical storage.
