Aijiren 2 mL crimp top vials are our recommended vials for gas chromatography applications. The crimp top vials are the best option for customers concerned with evaporation of their volatile samples, as the crimp seal significantly reduces the opportunity for evaporation. Crimp vials are also used for samples in which chain-of-custody or tamper-proof closures are required. 2 mL crimp top vials are manufactured from type 1 borosilicate glass. The high-quality material has very low metal content to help avoid sample deterioration or leaching. Precisely shaped bottlenecks increase autosampler throughput. Made of PTFE/silicone fusion, this septum has excellent inertness and can be used for multiple injections.

All of Aijiren vials are excellently fitted for autosamplers and have good chemical compatibility and super cleanliness. The crimp top sample vial is the most commonly used gas sampling vial on the market at present. 2ml volume sample vial especially suitable for laboratory use. Micro Insert is used to ensure the most accurate and reliable analysis of your lab samples. Micro-inserts are manufactured of clear glass. Micro inserts, when used in conjunction with autosampler vials, allow for maximum sample recovery and easier sample removal because the conical shape decreases the surface area inside the vial.
Micro inserts can be used with screw tops, crimp tops, or snap-top vials. All conical styles of inserts are offered with the traditional pulled point as well as the improved mandrel point. Pulled point inserts are more economical, but mandrel point inserts provide a more pointed and uniform tip that enables better sample recovery. Micro-inserts can be used on all 1.5ml vials. Effectively relieves the pressure of the syringe. PolySpring inserts are self-aligning.

The 11mm snap-top caps are made of high-quality polypropylene. The caps have a roll-edge or snap-on shape. The snap-top caps provide a secure seal that minimizes evaporation even for volatile samples. PTFE/silicone septa are the product of choice for most HPLC and GC applications where resealability and high purity are critical. Ideal for applications where ease of needle insertion is important. Silicone septa have strong re-sealing properties and can still maintain good sealing performance after multiple injections; PTFE is currently a material with good chemical conditions and can withstand strong acids and alkalis. After the two materials are combined, the bottle can be used for various laboratory purposes such as sealed sampling and chemical storage.
