20mm Crimp Top Aluminum Caps

Description

The crimp cover of the vials is made of aluminum for crimping and sealing; plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene or phenolic resin) for non-crimping and sealing. The cap gasket is a septum material that is pierced by a syringe needle to extract a sample from the vial. The cap liner sheet has various configurations and is also made of various materials.

Crimp Caps squeeze the septum between the rim of the glass vial and the crimped aluminum cap. This forms an excellent seal preventing evaporation. The crimp cap vial requires crimping tools to carry out the sealing process.

The cap material is a metal aluminum cover. The design with a 9.5mm hole in the center of the cover can be used for headspace analysis. Standard GC and HPLC sample bottles can be used for autosampler and sample storage.

PTFE/Silicone Septa:

High quality, pure silicone is laminated to PTFE to give a pure, highly inert septum with excellent resealing characteristics even after repeated punctures. 

PTFE/Silicone septa are the preferred product for use in most HPLC and GC applications where resealability and high purity are critical. Works well for applications where ease of needle penetration is important.

Septa-silica gel has strong repetitive sealability, and it can maintain good close performance after multiple injections; PTFE is a material with better chemical conditions at present, and it can withstand strong acids and alkalis. The two materials After compounding, the bottle can be used for various laboratory purposes such as sealed sampling, chemical storage and so on.
