Aijiren polypropylene screw micro vials can be used in most standard gas and liquid chromatography autosamplers.

These lightweight, economical vials are made from durable polypropylene which has good chemical resistance.

The conical interior ensures maximum retrieval of contents without the hassle of using removable inserts.

Vials are available with screw cap and traditional screw cap finish.

0.3ml PP Micro Vial Features

· Manufactured from polypropylene

· Moulded 0.3ml insert vial for limited samples

· With body size 12*32mm makes it compatible for most of autosamplers such as Agilent, Varian, etc.

· Available with snap/crimp or screw top finish

· Screw top total compatible with caps that are used with other 9-425 glass Vials ND9

· ND9mm with short thread 9-425 type makes the gap between the neck finsh and vial body more wider which makes autosampler more easier to capture

Advantages:

2. Insert sits slightly higher than the edge of the vial rim to ensure that the septum seals tightly.

3. PP vial material used for Ion analysis to avoid contamination by glass HPLC vials during analysis

4. Breakage is not an issue with plastic vials, and they are non-reactive with most sample chemistries.

Main applications for Plastic vials are atomic absorption, water and protein analysis, capillary electrophoresis, ion chromatography etc.
