    The Ultimate Solution for Limited Sample Volume

    When your sample is small or expensive, standard 2 ml vials leave too much space. The Micro-vial series is designed to make the most of sample recovery. You can use either the chemically inert Polypropylene (PP) micro-vials or the more advanced Base Bonded glass vials. Either way, you can be sure that your autosampler needle won't damage the liquid.

     The outside dimensions of these vials are still 11.6*32 mm, which means they fit perfectly into your current autosampler racks without the need for springs or adapters.

    Advanced Technology: Base Bonded and Integrated Inserts

    Our Base Bonded vials are more stable and protect needles better than simple drop-in inserts.
    Permanently Fused Insert
    The glass insert is fused to the outer vial base in the Base Bonded series (Reference V1023/V1027 equivalents in micro format). This keeps the insert from moving or rattling while the injection is going on, which is a common reason why needles get bent in standard micro-vials.
    PP Options for Ionic Analysis
    The process of making sure the inner capillary is perfectly centered. This lets the autosampler needle go deeper into the vial tip, which reduces the amount of liquid left over to less than 5 μl.
    Our Polypropylene (PP) micro-vials are chemically inert and unbreakable, making them a good choice for samples that are sensitive to glass surfaces or for heavy metal analysis (Ion Chromatography). They are also the same size as the original vials.
