Our 18mm screw vials are made to strike a balance between user-friendliness and high-performance sealing, making sure that headspace GC results are always perfect.

Leak-Proof Reliability and Precision Threading:

There is an 18mm ISO precision thread on each vial that has been checked by CNC. With standard crimp vials, the seal depends on the user's manual force. With our screw system, the sealing pressure is always the same and can be repeated, which effectively prevents sample loss and contamination from the outside.

Better pressure distribution (rounded bottom

The rounded bottom design is not just for looks; it is made to equally spread the internal gas pressure throughout the glass surface. This lets the vial hold up to internal pressures of more than 10 Bar during high-temperature incubation (up to 150°C - 200°C), which stops the autosampler from breaking the vial.

Robotic integration that works perfectly and magnetic precision:

Our vials are 99% compatible with magnetic pick-up tools since they are dimensionally designed (22.5mm OD). The exact height and rim shape make it possible for robotic arms (such the CTC PAL and Agilent 7697A) to move vials without any slipping, which keeps high-throughput operations going.

Better Hydrolytic Resistance (USP Type I):

Our vials are made of 5.0 expansion borosilicate glass, which means that the surface is chemically inert. This greatly lowers the chance of pH changes and metal ion leaching, which is very important for analyzing polar volatile chemicals and fragile scent

Optimized Compression of the Septum:

The ND18 neck finish has a beveled edge that makes a strong sealing surface that presses firmly into the septum. This design keeps the septum flat and safe, so it can't be pushed into the vial during high-pressure injections or when the needle is used multiple times.
