Will these 4mL vials jam my old autosampler?

They shouldn't. We stick to a rigid 15×45 footprint specifically to handle those "workhorse" legacy systems. Whether it’s a Waters WISP 48-position carousel or a Shimadzu AOC-20i, these vials sit exactly where they’re supposed to. We’ve also toughened up the glass walls so they won't wobble or crack even if your needle alignment is a hair off during a high-speed run.

Why spend more on "USP Type 1" glass for just 4mL of sample?

Because "cheap" glass is reactive. If you use low-grade soda-lime glass, it can leach alkali into your sample, dragging the pH up and making your peaks shift or even vanish. Our USP Type 1 borosilicate is basically a chemical vault—it stays neutral, which is non-negotiable if you’re archiving standards or sensitive serums that need to stay stable for weeks.

Is Amber glass actually worth it, or is Clear glass fine?

How do you stop those annoying "Ghost Peaks" in MS runs?

We tackle this at the source. Most ghost peaks are just dust from the factory or "off-gassing" from cheap septa. We manufacture in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom to keep the vials pristine, and our septa go through a "low-bleed" conditioning process. You’ll see your sample signal, not the packaging.
